Coaching Packages

This is our basic package that includes a monthly pharmacy call to support a specific topic/goal.  Most groups choose this package when they are looking to increase profit by adding services, improve workflow or better understand their business health.

This package is a 3 month program that includes 2 monthly virtual calls and focuses on multiple aspects of your business.  We dive deeper into areas of improvement and focus on opportunities for pharmacy growth and sustainability.

This package is a 6 month course that includes 2 monthly virtual calls and 1 in-person visit to your pharmacy!  This service includes a top down approach that looks at all aspects of your business from staffing and payroll to inventory and dispensing!

Understanding what makes up a "good" deal is very difficult, especially if you aren't sure what to look out for.  This service gives you the upper hand by leveraging years of experience to help ensure you get the best deal possible and increase profits.

Building a pharmacy P&L is important and can be a difficult task.  We will walk you through your pharmacies accounting structure and help build and accurate and understandable P&L.        

With over 40 contracts currently implemented, we will help to maximize contracts with 340B entities and improve pharmacy operations by ensuring your contract and workflow allow for continued success.
